PROPERTY TAX AND HOTEL VISITORS’ TAX COMPLIANCE, AUDITING AND <br />CONSULTING SERVICES {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 4, 2A} - Finance and <br />Management Services <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTIONS: <br /> <br />1. AGMT - Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute an <br />agreement with HdL Coren & Cone (“HdLCC”) for Secured and Unsecured <br />Property Tax Revenue auditing services for an initial two-year term beginning <br />January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2018, for an amount not to exceed $28,250 <br />annually, with a provision for one one-year extension exercisable by the City <br />Manager and the City Attorney, in an amount not to exceed $28,250 subject to <br />non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager and the City Attorney. <br /> <br /> <br />2.AGMT - Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute an <br />agreement with HdL Software LLC (“HdL”) for Hotel Visitors’ Tax Revenue <br />Auditing services for an initial two-year term beginning January 1, 2017 through <br />December 31, 2018, for an amount not to exceed $73,500 annually, with a <br />provision for one one-year extension exercisable by the City Manager and the <br />City Attorney, in an amount not to exceed $73,500 subject to non-substantive <br />changes approved by the City Manager and the City Attorney. <br /> <br /> <br />25C. AGMT - EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR PAINTING OF CORBIN CENTER AND <br />SOUTHWEST SENIOR CENTER (SURPLUS FUND ALLOCATION) {STRATEGIC <br />PLAN NO. 6, 1G, 2A} - Finance and Management Services <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute an agreement with Dulux Painting, Inc. for the term beginning <br />October 18, 2016 through December 31, 2016 in an amount not to exceed $82,000 <br />inclusive of a $10,000 contingency, subject to non-substantive changes approved by <br />the City Manager and City Attorney. <br /> <br /> <br />25D. PURCHASE AGREEMENTS FOR BRISTOL STREET IMPROVEMENTS PHASE 3A <br />(PROJECT NO. 13-6792 NONGENERAL FUND) {STRATEGIC PLAN NOS. 6, 1G; <br />3, 2C} - Public Works Agency <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute purchase agreements for the real property acquisitions listed <br />below, partial acquisition and temporary construction easement, and goodwill, if <br />any, with the following property owners, subject to non-substantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and City Attorney: <br /> <br /> <br />1.AGMT – With 829 N.
