Knowledge of grant financial management requirements, and ability to read through the <br />applicable code of federal regulations, OMB circulars, Environmental & Historic Preservation <br />requirements, Cal-OES Strategic Goals & Objectives, Core Capabilities, Procurement and <br />Purchasing Policies, and Travel Policies, for the Urban Area Security hiitiative (UASI) grants' <br />and Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP). <br />Knowledge and ability to use LAWSON Financial Management System Software, P2K Payroll <br />System Software, the Federal Grant Reporting Tool, and Microsoft programs such as Word, <br />Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, and the WiseTrack Inventory tracking system/software. <br />Knowledge of municipal government operations, City financial accounting techniques, <br />procurement, budgetary processes and controls. <br />Cost: See Cost Price Proposal <br />
