(Requires <br />five affirmative votes) <br /> <br /> <br />1.APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 2017-055 – Recognizing the receipt of <br />funds, to be deposited into the Federal Clean Water Enterprise Fund revenue <br />account and appropriating the same into the Federal Clean Water Enterprise <br />Fund expenditure account, from the following participating agencies in the <br />stated amounts: <br /> <br />a. Orange County Flood Control District $1,600,000 <br />b. City of Newport Beach $1,500,000 <br />c.
