CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />PROPOSAL <br />PROJECT NO,: 15-6834 <br />FEDERAL PROJECT" NO: HS1PL 5063(156) <br />TRAFFIC SIGNAL MODIFICATIONS: 17"'n STREET AT ENGLISH STREET, <br />MACARTHUR BOULEVARD AT PLAZA DRIVE, EDINGER AVENUE AT SULLIVAN <br />STREET, WESTMINSTER AVENUE AT CLINTON STREET <br />DIFFERING SITE CONDITIONS <br />The undersigned, is submitting this proposal for performing by contract the work required by <br />these bid documents, certify to comply with the following: <br />it. Contractor's Noiffication <br />Promptly notify the Agency's Engineer if you find either of the following conditions: <br />1. Physical conditions differing materially from either of tile following: <br />• Contract documents <br />• Job site examination <br />2. Physical conditions of an unusual nature, differing materially <br />from those ordinarily encountered and generally recognized as <br />inherent in the work provided for in the Contract <br />Include details explaining the information you relied on and the material <br />differences you discovered. If you fail to promptly notify the Engineer, you waive <br />the differing site condition claim for the period between your discovery of tine <br />differing site condition and your notification to the Engineer. <br />If you disturb the site after discovery and before the Engineer's investigation, you <br />waive the differing site condition claim. <br />h. Engineer's Investigation and Decision <br />Upon your notification, the Engineer investigates job site conditions and: <br />1. Notifies you whether to resume affected work <br />2.
