Contract Award for Construction of the Former YMCA Materials <br />Abatement and Environmental Remediation Project <br />August 16, 2016 <br />Page 3 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the recommended actions are exempt from <br />further review. Categorical Exemption Environmental Review No. 2016-88 was filed for this project. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />As indicated in the Cost Analysis (Exhibit 4), the estimated total delivery cost of the project is <br />$1,971,770.75, which includes construction, consultant engineering services, design engineering, contract <br />administration, inspection, testing, and contingencies.
