Team`Role <br />Description of Duties <br />Time <br />Required <br />Service/Process <br />Individual Service/Process Owners are accountable for overall <br />—Approx. <br />Owner <br />day-to-day management of the Services/Process they are <br />4 — 6 <br />assigned and support. As their assigned Service/Process are <br />hours 3 <br />selected for improvements and enter the Service improvement <br />days per <br />pipeline Service Owners are responsible for ensuring <br />week <br />improvement deliverables are completed in a timely manner and <br />in compliance with the objectives of the overall ITSM program. <br />The Project Director will assign Service Owners/Process <br />Owners/Administrators to work with the Core Project Team to <br />assist in the development of ITSM tool requirements and <br />process, Service/Process improvement work -products and <br />deliverables. <br />City Technical <br />Supports the IVliTECH implementation team by providing <br />Approx. <br />Support Team <br />technical expertise associated with integration of existing <br />4-16 <br />technology and application needed to support implementation of <br />hours <br />the Cherwell ITSM System. Assist with design and provides <br />per week <br />configuration of in -scope supporting technologies and <br />as <br />applications for integration with the Cherwell ITSM System. <br />needed <br />Technology and applications Tool Administrators are responsible <br />to <br />for maintaining and modifying configurations and on-going <br />support <br />operational integration effectiveness of in -scope technology tools <br />config. <br />as needed. <br />City Cherwell <br />Responsible for completing assigned tasks, activities, and <br />16-24 <br />Administrator <br />deliverables as documented and scheduled. During the Cherwell <br />hours <br />ITSM System deployment and implementation phases, the City <br />per week <br />Cherwell Administrator will observe and receive hands-on <br />guidance from MITECH's Cherwell Engineer on methods for <br />configuring, maintaining and administration of the Cherwell ITSM <br />System. Post implementation is responsible for on-going <br />configuration and administration of the Cherwell ITSM System, <br />MITECH Principal <br />The MITECH Principal Agent/Principal Architect is the primary <br />Approx. <br />AgentfPrircipal <br />contact person between the City and MITECH. The MITECH <br />8-16 <br />Architect <br />Principal Agent/Princlpal Architect has direct relationship with the <br />hours <br />City's Executive Sponsor. The MiTECH Principal Agent/Principal <br />per week <br />Architect supports MiTECH's Implementation team and provides <br />executive project direction. Supports process development and <br />Cherwell ITSM System requirements workshops. Participates <br />with the Service/Process Owners in the development and <br />implementation of service and process improvement work - <br />products and deliverables.
