Team Role <br />".Description bf'Duties <br />Tjme <br />Rsquired <br />MiTECH Project <br />The MiTECH Project Manager(Principal Architect is directly <br />40 hours <br />Manager/Principal <br />responsible for the management of MiTECH implementation <br />per week <br />Architect <br />team and successful implementation of the Cherwell ITSM <br />System. The MITECH Project Manager/Principal Architect <br />closely aligns with the City's Executive Sponsor and Project <br />Director to ensure City resources are providing the required input <br />and data to ensure Cherwell ITSM System Program objectives <br />are achieved. Works with Service/Process Owners to ensure <br />City resources are assigned appropriately to support the core <br />implementation team in the development and implementation of <br />the Cherwell ITSM System. Leads development and requirement <br />workshops to create services, processes and Cherwell system <br />configuration requirement. Works with the City's Program <br />Director to develop the Cherwell ITSM System Communication <br />Program and Implementation Plan. Participates with the <br />Service/Process Owners in the development and implementation <br />of service and process improvement work -products and <br />deliverables. Participates in the development of all Program <br />status reports/reviews and deliverable walk-through(s), Working <br />with the City's Program Director, coordinates review and sign -off <br />on all Acceptances Certificates for program deliverables and <br />outcomes. <br />Cherwell Engineer <br />The Cherwell Engineer is directly responsible for the set-up and <br />_16-24 <br />configuration of the Cherwell ITSM System and working with the <br />hours <br />City's Technical Support Team to support Integrations of in- <br />per week <br />scope technologies and applications with the Cherwell ITSM <br />System. The Cherwell Engineer works directly with City technical <br />resources to ensure required technologies (databases, servers, <br />active directory, exchange, network resources, and other in - <br />scope applications) are properly configured and deployed to <br />support Cherwell connectivity and utilization requirements. The <br />Cherwell Engineer will configure non -Out -of -the -Box required <br />capabilities to function within Cherwell ITSM System, this <br />includes the deployment of the Cherwell Project Tracking mApp. <br />During the deployment and implementation phases of the <br />project, the Cherwell Engineer provides guidance and <br />knowledge transfer to City's Cherwell Administrator on how to <br />configure and maintain the Cherwell ITSM System. <br />MiTECH Responsibilities <br />MiTECH will provide appropriate qualified resources to support project management, process and <br />data analysis, technical writing requirements and create the in -scope process operational <br />procedures, pre -requisite data and configuration requirements, and configure and deploy the <br />Cherwell ITSM System to meet the City's technical and functional requirements. <br />MIPMipration Technologies, Ino, Copyright © 2016, all rights reserved Page 23 of 29 <br />25A-41 <br />
