CUP No. 2016-36 and VA No. 2016-07 — Two Thumbs Up Car Wash, 4412 Westminster Avenue <br />December 20, 2016 <br />Page 2 <br />A 15 -foot landscaped setback will be provided along the Newhope Street frontage and an 18 -foot <br />setback along the Westminster Avenue frontage. A 10 -foot high solid block wall will be constructed <br />along the south property line to provide a buffer between the car wash and residences and minimize <br />any noise impacting the adjacent residences.
