Implementation support—An implementation Associate works <br />with your program administrator throughout program launch. You <br />can expect your administrator to receive guidance in card industry <br />best practices along with access to helpful resources that allow you <br />to leverage our experience, such as sample policy manuals and <br />cardholder agreements. <br />• Technical support— Smartdata training and program setup <br />assistance are provided for your program administrator. Ongoing <br />support for system functionality and data integration questions is <br />also available through our technical help desk. <br />• Cardholder support—The City's cardholders receive 24/7/365 <br />toll -free assistance with account - related questions. <br />What is the prevailing interest rate? <br />J.P. Morgan does not charge interest on our commercial cards. <br />However, we do assess late fees if payment in full is not received <br />on or before the payment due date. Please refer to our financial <br />proposal in Appendix 7 for comprehensive information about <br />potential program fees. <br />ii. Is there a rebate program for early payment? <br />Yes, early payment may result in a higher rebate. <br />Please refer to the financial proposal for the payment options that <br />are available to City of Santa Ana. Early payment rebates are listed <br />in the File Turn Incentive section of our financial proposal. <br />iii. Is a 25 day grace period available on a non - premium basis? <br />Yes, our standard settlement terms are 30/25. The first number <br />(30) is the number of days in the billing cycle and the second <br />number (25) is the number of days after the end of the cycle before <br />payment is due. The 25 days are generally referred to as the "grace <br />period." Please see our financial proposal in Appendix 7 for further <br />details. <br />Other settlement terms are available, depending on payment <br />arrangements. The settlement term must be selected prior to <br />contract creation. <br />b. Does the Bank provide consolidated and individual monthly billing for <br />all corporate cardholder's accounts? Please describe and provide a <br />sample billing. Is this billing available on -line and is there an online <br />monitoring tool? <br />Yes, J.P.
