Opposed the item as presented. <br />Marc Morley, Economic Development Specialist, indicated that Plan had been <br />presented to staff and agreement was one of the elements considered that <br />would develop tourism among other areas. <br />Council discussion ensued. Councilmember Sarmiento, noted that the Plan had <br />been submitted by RSG for approval, but deficient.
