1. AGMT NO. 2016 -367 - Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute an agreement with the Greater Santa Ana Vitality <br />Foundation, a non - profit arm of the Santa Ana Chamber of Commerce, <br />subject to non - substantive changes approved by the City Manager and <br />City Attorney, for economic development services, for a one -year <br />period ending on December 20, 2017, in the amount not to exceed <br />$500,000. <br />2. Approve an appropriation adjustment.
