AGMT - LANDSCAPE SERVICES FOR DISTRICT 2 AND DISTRICT 3 (PARKS <br />AND FACILITIES){STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 6, 1B} - Parks, Recreation and <br />Community Services Agency; and Community Development Agency <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute an agreement with DMS Facility Services to provide landscape <br />maintenance services in District 2 in an annual amount not to exceed $327,972, and <br />in District 3 in an annual amount not to exceed $437,250, for a total annual of <br />$765,222, which includes a 10% contingency, for a term from February 1, 2017 <br />through January 31, 2019, with two, one-year renewal options, subject to non- <br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br /> <br /> <br />25E.
