HUIZAR, Clerk of the Council <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />• Albert Castillo, spoke in support of retaining the City Manager and Chief of Police. <br />• Carlos Perea, opined that coup against the City Manager. <br />• Roman Reyna, expressed support for City Manager; cautioned as new council moving <br />forward; indicated that former City Council has already evaluated City Manager. <br />• Michael Klubenkin, echoed comments from previous speakers. <br />• Adriana Moreno, indicated that it would be irresponsible to remove the City Manager; he <br />should be credited with City surplus. <br />• Roxana Rosas, supports City Manager, bettered our City; requested a review of quid pro <br />quo with Police union. <br />• Benjamin Vazquez, requested investigation of quid pro quo claim; need to address alleged <br />political corruption. <br />Councilmember Benavides, asked what constitutes a rightful removal or for an official to be <br />placed on administrative leave. <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 1 DECEMBER 20, 2016 <br />
