'Specifically the <br />applicant is requesting a variance from Section 41- 862(b) through Section 41- 862(d) of the Santa <br />Ana Municipal Code (SANK). Staff Is recommending approval of the variance to legalize the existing <br />sign due to site proximity to the freeway exit and existing visibility of the freestanding sign from the <br />freeway elevated grade.
