INTERNATIONAL <br />consisted of one three-story building with subterranean parking containing a total of 376,188 square feet of <br />building space. <br />City of South Pasadena, Pasadena Avenue Lofts EIR, Project Manager.* The project consisted of developing a <br />2.23 -acre light industrial site with a 49 -unit live/work complex that includes nine live/work loft clusters, a <br />multipurpose room building, and associated landscaping and infrastructure. <br />City of Westlake Village, Russell Ranch Retail Center EIR, Project Planner.* The project consisted of the <br />development of a 21.22 -acre site with a 227,408 -square -foot retail center anchored by a Lowe's home <br />improvement store. <br />City of Lomita, Cypress Street Reservoir EA/EIR, Project Manager.* The project consisted of the replacement <br />of an existing substandard 1 -million -gallon concrete box reservoir with a 5.5 -million -gallon tank reservoir and <br />installation of a water treatment facility to reinstate the City's Well No. 5 as a drinking water source. The project <br />was subject to both CEQA and NEPA since the project was partially funded by the US Environmental Protection <br />Agency. <br />City of Fontana, Summit at Rosena (JW Mitchell) Specific Plan EIR, Project Manager.* The project consisted <br />of the development of 179.6 acres along Summit and Sierra avenues in the northern portion of Fontana with 900 <br />residential dwellings, a 20 -acre park complex, an elementary school, and a 14.5 -acre mixed-use activity center <br />that will allow for neighborhood commercial uses and attached residential dwellings. <br />City of Calimesa, Holbert Ranch (Tentative Tract 30545) EIR, Project Manager.* Responsible for managing <br />the preparation of an EIR for this project, which consisted of a 131 -unit residential development with associated <br />roadway and infrastructure improvements. The steep -sloping project site lies in the foothills of the San <br />Bernardino Mountains. The site was largely undeveloped and contributes to a wildlife corridor between <br />Wildwood Canyon and San Timoteo Canyon state parks. <br />City of Rosemead, Garvey Avenue Bridge over the Rio Hondo Channel, Project Planner.* Responsible for <br />preparing the IS/MND pursuant to CEQA and a Categorical Exclusion pursuant to NEPA for this project. This <br />project consisted of the replacement of the existing Garvey Avenue Bridge over the Rio Hondo Channel. Due to <br />federal funding sources, the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) and the Federal Highway <br />Administration oversaw the environmental clearance of this project. <br />City of Blythe, Blythe Airport Solar 1, CEQA Documentation.* Responsible for preparing the IS/MND for this <br />project, which consisted of a multiphased 100 -megawatt solar (photovoltaic) power plant that would occupy 640 <br />acres of non -aeronautical land on the Blythe Municipal Airport grounds. The envisioned photovoltaic arrays were <br />5.1 -megawatt single -axis trackers, each of which would be fitted with 24,300 photovoltaic panels. <br />E <br />
