INTERNATIONAL <br />City of Beverly Hills, Former Industrial Area Plan EIR, Assistant Project Manager.* Responsible for assisting <br />in the management and preparation of the EIR for a plan for the former industrial area of Beverly Hills. The project <br />was unique in that it was not a development project or specific plan, but a Strategic Plan for the former industrial <br />area, which included changes in land use designations and zoning as well as potential traffic improvements and <br />consideration of specific development concepts. <br />City of Ontario Redevelopment Agency, Cimarron Redevelopment Program EIR for Amendment No. 7, <br />Project Manager.* The amendment added more than 1,300 parcels to the redevelopment project area, with the <br />goal of encouraging a more efficient utilization of the land within these areas. <br />City of Ontario, Diamante Terrace Condominium EIR, Project Manager.* Responsible for managing the <br />preparation of the EIR for a 10 -unit condominium project in Ontario. The half -acre project site was occupied by a <br />1900s farmhouse designated as a Tier II historic resource in the City's Historic Preservation Program. Thus, historic <br />resources were the key issue addressed in the EIR. <br />City of Ontario, Tessier Work/Live EIR, Assistant Project Manager.* Responsible for assisting in the <br />management and preparation of the EIR for the development of the Emporia Arts District in Ontario. Key issues <br />for this project included noise and vibrations, hazardous conditions, land use, traffic and parking, and historic <br />resources. <br />City of Fontana, Tentative Tract 16621 EIR, Assistant Project Manager.* Responsible for assisting in the <br />management and preparation of the EIR for Tentative Tract 16621 in Fontana. The project consisted of the <br />development of 58 buildable lots and a detention basin on a 20 -acre site on the east side of Citrus Avenue. The <br />minimum lot size proposed was 10,000 square feet, and the homes ranged in size from 2,693 square feet to 3,230 <br />square feet. <br />City of Santa Clarita, Capital Improvement Program Environmental Consultant.* Responsible for managing <br />environmental compliance for the City's capital improvement projects, which included roadway installation, <br />bridge replacement, and sewer expansions. Tasks performed included project management, project oversight, <br />environmental document review, and agency coordination. <br />City of Pomona, CEQA Services for 501 Third Street, Project Manager.* Responsible for managing the <br />preparation of an IS/MND for student housing along Third Street. The project consisted of the development of a <br />four-story, 100 -unit student housing building and associated parking, circulation, utility, and landscaping <br />improvements. <br />City of Maywood, Riverfront Park EIR, Assistant Project Manager.* Responsible for assisting in the <br />preparation of the EIR for this project, which involved converting industrial sites—including an EPA Superfund <br />Site—into a community park. <br />G <br />
