Developer shall be fully responsible for securing and leasing staging locations at the <br />developer's expense to the satisfaction of the City, The construction staging location <br />and equipment shall not Impede day-to-day activities in surrounding areas, <br />2& The construction management and mitigation plan shall be disoussed and analyzed as <br />part of the environmental review process prior to final approvals. <br />The City Council has the following options: <br />1 � Consider the attached draft Disposition and Development Agreement Sample Draft <br />Disposition and Development Agreement) and provide direction; <br />2, Direct staff to prepare a sample Exclusive Negotiation Agreement for consideration to be <br />exeouted with a qualified developer, or <br />3, Direct the Planning.and Building Agency to prepare a now Request for Qualifications, <br />followed by a detailed RequeStfor Proposal prom. s; or <br />4.
