PROCEDURE <br /> ADJUSTMENT FOR APARTMENT REVENUE <br /> 1- Develop a single basis to which each contractor's apartment rates can <br /> be applied. Use the actual service being provided in Santa Ana for <br /> this base: • <br /> A- A summary of actual Santa Anaaparuuent service is <br /> included in the procedure for determination of average <br /> rate per cubic yard of service. Use that summary for <br /> this calculation. <br /> 2- Develop the service and rate schedules for each contractor by contacting <br /> each city and verifying the information with the contractor. Actual <br /> schedulesoffered take precedence over contracted schedules. <br /> A- Contractors whose services include only residential and <br /> apartments shall be excluded from this calculation and <br /> used in determin_ingan adjustment to residential rates. <br /> B- Record or exylain the appropriate apartment rates on <br /> Schedule G. <br /> 3- Calculate the total cost to Santa Ana apartments if their service was <br /> - .provided under the service and rate schedules shown in Schedule C. <br /> See Schedule H for format. <br /> A- When required, Use Schedule D in the procedure for <br /> determination of average rate per cubic yard of service <br /> to determine contractor's service minimums. <br /> 4- Determinethe necessary adjustment to the average rate Per cubic yard <br /> of commercial bin service_ See Schedule J for format_ <br /> A- Subtract the Santa Ana aparuaent revenue from the <br /> potential apartment revenue under other cities' rates. <br /> Santa Ana revenue is calculated in Schedule A of the <br /> residential average rate calculation_. <br /> - B- Divide the result by the number of monthly cubic yards <br /> of commercial service as shown in Schedule B of this <br /> calculation. <br /> 1 <br /> 1 <br />
