P. Standard Service shall mean curbside <br /> collection service required for all service units <br /> not arranging with the Contractor for bin service <br /> nor required by the City to obtain bin service <br /> from the Contractor. <br /> Q. Bin Service shall mean collection service <br /> pursuant to an agreement between the Contractor <br /> and his customers by which bin containers (dumpsters) <br /> are rented to the customers. <br /> R. Auditor shall mean the certified public <br /> accountant firm retained by the City for auditing <br /> services. <br /> S. Customer shall mean a user of Contractor' s <br /> bin service. <br /> 3. Scope of Service: <br /> Contractor shall furnish all labor, material <br /> and equipment necessary for and the collection of all refuse <br /> originating, generated and/or accumulated within the City <br /> boundaries as they now exist or may hereafter exist and <br /> disposal of such refuse at a lawful disposal site. <br /> 4. Collection Hours: <br /> All collections from residential areas shall <br /> be made between the hours of 5 : 00 a.m. and 8 : 00 p.m. , and <br /> collections from commercial and industrial locations, other <br /> than multi-family residential units or locations immediately <br /> adjacent to residential units, may start at 3 : 00 a.m. ; provided, <br /> that if the Director of Public Works determines that the <br /> commencement of collection in residential areas between the <br /> hours of 5 : 00 a.m. and 6 : 00 a.m. unduly and unnecessarily <br /> disturb the residents thereof, he may direct that collections <br /> in such areas shall be made between the hours of 6 : 00 a.m. <br /> and 8: 00 p.m. , and in that event Contractor agrees to comply <br /> with such order. <br /> -4- <br />
