SECTION 2 (k) "Maintenance of Schedules" be amended to provide as <br /> follows: All collections from residential areas shall be made between <br /> the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. pending the approval of the <br /> Public Wtrrks Director. <br /> 7.
