" Line -6 the words "the records of such complaints and communications" are deleted and the following is substituted, "for the purpose •of receiving bona fide complaints against the Contractor. " The following words are to be added, "These are complaints that the Sani - tation Inspector has verified as to be the responsibility of the Contractor" . 7 , Section 4 , Payments by City, (a) Basic Computation, is amended in the following particulars : The period. after the word month in line 10 is changed to a semicolon and there is added thereafter, "provided however that each duplex family residence served by a single active water meter shall for the foregoing purpose be computed as 1. 8 active water meters , each triplex family residence served by a single active water meter shall for the foregoing purpose be -computed as 2 .6 active water meters , all single family residential units not having an individual active water meter shall be computed as an active water meter and each space in a trailer or mobile park shall for the -foregoing purpose be computed as an active water meter. Each commercial unit occupying identifiably separate space shall constitute a unit and for the foregoing purposes: (1) Service at the first basic level of service, to wit: not more than two (2) 35-gallon containers not exceeding 50 pounds each shall be treated as two :(2) active water meters ; tse
