Service at the •sadond basic level of <br /> service,' to wit: more than two (2). but not <br /> more than six (6) 35-gallon containers , no <br /> container to weigh, including contents , more <br /> than 50 pounds each and the total weight <br /> including containers , not to exceed 200 pounds <br /> shall for the foregoing purpose be computed as <br /> four (4). active water meters . <br /> Any commercial unit requiring more than six (6) 357-gallon <br /> containers will be required touse bin serv.ice. " <br /> A new Article V is to be added to the 'contract between the 'City and <br /> contractor as follows.: <br /> Article V, Renegotiation. Contractor has a union contract <br /> which expires April l7 , 1975 . Contractor and City acknow- <br /> ledge that contractor will berequired to negotiate a new <br /> union contract to be effective April 18 , 1975 . Upon <br /> execution of the new union contract to be effective <br /> April 18 , 1975 , contractor and City shall renegotiate the <br /> per unit price provided for in Article 'II of this contract. <br /> In order to amend Section 4 , Payments by City, as described above , <br /> Section 3830 .6 , Collection Practices, of the Santa Ana Municipal <br /> Code (as defined in Ordinance NS-823, effective November 15 , 1965) <br /> should be amended in the following particulars : <br /> • <br /> (2) Limitation on Quantity. <br /> (a) Residential - The word "triple*" should <br /> be added following the word duplex in line <br /> 2 . <br /> (b) Commercial, Multi-Family and Industrial - <br /> This should be amended to read as follows : <br /> Commercial , industrial and residential buildings <br /> containing four or more units. The amounts <br /> collected from each refuse service stop shall <br /> be known as a "basic level of service". The <br /> three basic levels of service are follows : <br /> '' <br />
