F. The standard service unit rate shall be Five Dollars <br /> and Eighty-two cents ( $5 .82 ) as of January 1 , 1987 , and it shall <br /> be effective from the beginning of the term of this Contract <br /> until July 1 , 1987 . <br /> F . The method and procedure for determining the <br /> compensation due CONTRACTOR from CITY for standard service is <br /> more fully described in "Exhibit B , " attached hereto and in- <br /> corporated herein. <br /> G . Notwithstanding the above, in the event at any <br /> time that some action by a governmental unit, beyond the control <br /> of CONTRACTOR, causes an increase of ten percent ( 10% ) , or more in <br /> disposal fees or a significant or drastic change in landfill oper- <br /> ation costs which is not reflected in the standard service unit <br /> rate as calculated in subsection C , then CITY and CONTRACTOR <br /> agree to meet and confer regarding the impact of such increase <br /> and the possibility of increasing the standard service unit <br /> rate to offset such increase in disposal fees and/or landfill <br /> operation costs. <br /> 22 . Payment for Services - Bin Service : <br /> A. The CONTRACTOR shall receive compensation for <br /> supplying bin service by direct billing of the customers receiv- <br /> ing such service by means of separate agreements for the rental of <br /> bins entered into between the CONTRACTOR and each such customer. <br /> A copy of every such agreement shall be filed with the Executive <br /> Director by CONTRACTOR. The CITY shall not collect any fee for <br /> refuse collection services from CONTRACTOR' S bin service customers. <br /> 24 . <br />
