D. In any of the four cities where the refuse col- <br /> lector' s bin service includes all apartment collections , the cost <br /> figure for such city shall be adjusted to compensate for the <br /> variation from bin service performed by the CONTRACTOR in Santa <br /> Ana, in accordance with "Exhibit E . " <br /> E . The CONTRACTOR may enter into agreements with bin <br /> service customers for special collection services different from, <br /> in addition to , or greater than the minimum collection services <br /> required by this Agreement . Charges for additional bin capacity <br /> and/or special services shall be based upon the schedule established <br /> under subsection B hereinabove . Subject to the reasonable approval <br /> of the Executive Director, the CONTRACTOR may also impose additional <br /> surcharges on customers to cover increased costs incurred due to <br /> special collection problems. Not by way of limitation of the <br /> foregoing , but rather by way of example, CONTRACTOR may apply <br /> approved surcharges to bin customers who use trash compactors . <br /> F. The method of determining the average cost per <br /> cubic yard of collection is more fully described in "Exhibit D, " <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> G . In the event the CONTRACTOR is unable to provide <br /> temporary service to any customer within five ( 5 ) calendar days <br /> from receipt of a call by such customer, the Executive Director <br /> may permit any other licensed hauler to provide temporary service <br /> to such customer if , but only if , CONTRACTOR has not provided <br /> such service within twenty- four ( 24 ) hours after reasonable <br /> notification by the Executive Director to CONTRACTOR. <br /> 26 . <br />
