(d) the provision, as necessary, of technical assistance in the areas of source <br /> reduction, recycling and yard waste diversion; <br /> (e) the establishment and maintenance of a telephone hotline to receive calls from <br /> the public and provide information concerning integrated waste management; <br /> and, <br /> (f) cooperation in the production of an integrated waste management video for use <br /> by the City. <br /> This list may be reasonably modified from time to time as deemed necessary and <br /> appropriate by the City. <br /> The Contractor shall be required to work with the City in the preparation and <br /> production of the public education services listed and to proceed in the rendering of <br /> such services as the City determines appropriate. <br /> All public education materials produced by the Contractor shall be reviewed and <br /> approved in writing by the City prior to printing and distribution. All materials <br /> produced are to be made available in English and Spanish. All materials will be <br /> professionally printed on paper stock with maximum recycled content. <br /> C.9 SRRE CONSULTANT <br /> Contractor will be required to provide consultant services as necessary to modify the <br /> City's SRRE s required by either the County of Orange AB 939 Local Task Force or <br /> the State of California. The consultant to perform such services shall be provided <br /> upon request by the City and shall be subject to final approval of the City. The <br /> Contractor shall be responsible for a maximum cost for such services of twenty <br /> thousand ($20,000.00) dollars per fiscal year. Any costs incurred by the Contractor <br /> for services approved by the City which exceed twenty thousand ($20,000.00) dollars <br /> per fiscal year shall be the responsibility of the City. <br /> C.10 CITY RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> C.10.1 City Representative <br /> The City will designate a City employee to manage the solid waste collection <br /> program and to serve as contract administrator. <br /> C.10.2 Disposal Capacity Allocation <br /> The City will be responsible for designating disposal locations to be used by the <br /> Contractor and ensuring access to adequate landfill disposal capacity. <br /> Page 14 <br />
