3. Office Staff <br /> The Office Manager is responsible for supervising office personnel within <br /> the Accounting and Human Resource departments. The office manager <br /> oversees customer billing and resolves service oriented problems. It is also <br /> the responsibility of the office manager to help insure that the company <br /> complies with laws and regulations affecting special waste. <br /> The Executive Secretary is responsible for coordinating, organizing and <br /> performing various duties for the Division President, Controller, Sales <br /> Manager, Operations Manager and Office Manager. <br /> The Contract Administrator is responsible for processing all requests for <br /> commercial and roll-off service, changes on current accounts and <br /> cancellations of service. In addition, the contract administrator informs <br /> customers of billing methods and types of equipment and services offered <br /> by this company. These duties are performed within a 24 hour turnaround <br /> period. <br /> The Commercial/Roll-Off Billing Representative has the responsibility for <br /> answering customer service inquiries and resolving billing questions. The <br /> commercial/roll-off billing representative reviews customer reports and <br /> adjustments to current accounts to insure accuracy. <br /> The Residential Billing Representative is responsible for reviewing and <br /> processing customer service requests and customer refunds on canceled <br /> accounts. <br /> The Order Entry Representative handles customer complaints, receives <br /> and processes orders for new, additional or special service. The order <br /> entry representative resolves all customer complaints and issues within 24 <br /> hours. <br /> 24 <br />
