Provide the projected number of project-based units and general <br />locations, and describe how project-basing would be consistent with the PHA Plan. <br />Depending on funding availability, SAHA plans to issue an RFP for project-based vouchers via a competitive Request for Proposals(RFP)process. <br />SAHA prefers to maximize the impact of its limited federal housing development funds by concentrating their expenditure in targeted areas of the <br />City. The City has identified four geographical areas where it has targeted significant public resources in the past, and where it would like to see <br />additional resources targeted in the future.
