C-5 -3583 <br />EXHIBIT B <br />Existing CITY owned irrigation systems that may be impacted by the Project will be tested prior <br />to construction to verify operational fitness. Systems found to be non - operational shall have heads, <br />valves, and controllers relocated and left in a connection -ready status. <br />5.6 LIGHTING <br />New Project lighting shall be LED lamps. <br />5.6.1 Public Way Lighting <br />There is no new street lighting included in this Project unless mutually agreed otherwise. <br />Lighting will be added to stops as necessary to meet pedestrian lighting standards. The AUTHORITY <br />is not required to upgrade existing lighting if not impacted by the Project. <br />5.6.2 PE ROW Lighting <br />The AUTHORITY may install operational lighting in the PE ROW if necessary for operations. <br />Pedestrian level lighting in the PE ROW is not included in the Project other than at stop locations. <br />5.6.3 Maintenance and Storage Facility (MSF) Lighting <br />- The AUTHORITY shall implement lighting at the MSF facility in a manner consistent with the <br />approved use and as necessary to ensure the safe and secure operation of the facility. <br />5.7 UTILITIES <br />5.7.1 CITY Utilities <br />CITY utilities include, but are not limited to, the CITY's water distribution system, storm drain <br />system, sanitary sewer system, traffic signal conduits, and the street lighting system. The <br />AUTHORITY's intent is to implement the Project with the least utility impacts possible. Any existing <br />utility in direct conflict with a Project element shall be relocated. Additionally, the AUTHORITY shall <br />apply the following criteria to utilities as applicable: <br />• An existing utility may remain under the trackway, longitudinal and perpendicular, if the <br />material, type, condition, and load capacity of the utility is sufficient. The AUTHORITY shall <br />provide the CITY with an analysis report.
