Proposal Option 3 — Graphic Parcel and Assessor Data <br />ProiectScope <br />The scope of this project is to provide Orange County parcels, centerlines and tax roll data to the City in GIS, <br />CAD and tabular formats on an annual and /or quarterly basis. <br />In the sealed fee proposal, the Vendor will provide four (4) quotes as described below for the graphic parcel and <br />assessor data. The City may desire to choose one, two or all three quote options depending on City needs for <br />data acquisition. <br />Quote Option 1— File Geodatabase of Orange County Parcels and Centerline data, annual delivery. <br />Quote Option 2 — Microstation DGN of Orange County Parcels and Centerline data, annual delivery. <br />Quote Option 3 — Tabular Orange County Assessor Tax Roll Data, quarterly delivery. <br />Quote Option 4 — Combined quote for all three data deliveries listed above. <br />The City desires to have one point of contact for all interactions with the Vendor in regards to the parcel and tax <br />roll data. The City also desires the option to change the point of contact as needed during the course of the <br />agreement, at the City's discretion. <br />Graphic Orange County Parcel GIS Data (Minimum Requirements) <br />For each year of the contract, the Vendor will provide updated Orange County parcels, centerlines and other <br />county GIS data in ESRI File Geodatabase format and Microstation DGN format. Once the County has <br />released the updated parcels, the Vendor will deliver the processed data to the City within 30 days. <br />The City desires a perpetual enterprise license for the parcels that allows unlimited use for all city employees, <br />consultants, contractors and agents of the City. The City desires the right to distribute derivative datasets based <br />on the parcels (zoning, land use, etc.) on an Open Data website for download by the public. <br />The City will determine the required fields and projection information for the deliveries. Over the duration of <br />the contract, the City may require that the parcels be delivered in a format that is compatible with the ESRI <br />Local Government Information Model (LGIM) schema. The Vendor will work with the City to provide the <br />parcels in the desired format /schema. <br />ESRI File Geodatabase Deliverables (annual delivery) <br />• The Vendor will provide the Orange County Assessor's parcels and centerlines in ESRI File <br />Geodatabase format. <br />• The Vendor will include a table in the File Geodatabase that relates the OBJECTID of the Parcel <br />to the Assessor's Parcel Number (APN). The Vendor will work with the City to deliver this <br />table in the format the City desires. <br />25H -36 Page 8 of 10 <br />
