HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) <br />Reference 24 CFR 91.220(1)(2) <br />1. Include written standards for providing ESG assistance (may include as attachment) <br />Emergency Solutions Grant Program funds will be used for eligible activities under five program <br />components: street outreach, emergency shelter, homelessness prevention, rapid re- housing <br />assistance, and Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) costs, as well as allowable <br />administrative costs and activities. ESG applications go through an open and transparent proposal <br />process. The Community Development Agency is responsible for ensuring that the ESG Program is <br />implemented in accordance with all federal rules and regulations. <br />2.
