Project Approach <br />APPROACH <br />A Project Manager will be assigned to the City to ensure that milestones are met, staff are trained, <br />issues /considerations are addressed, and that Santa Ana has a painless startup process. CivicRec <br />implementations are typicaly straightforward. However, if a client wishes to incorporate custorizations <br />prior to initial launch, your Project Manager will be there to help you at any point. Please note that <br />customizations may extend the implementation timeline. <br />A Solution Consultant will be available to work with the City of Santa Ana on implementation activities. <br />Your Solution Consultant will drive the end -to -end implementation process and will conduct training <br />both for lead staff and frontline staff. A detailed Project Plan will be utilized by your Solution Consultant <br />to facilitate project activities and track milestones. The Project Plan will outline the type of activity, the <br />purpose of the activity, the resources required for the activity, and any associated documents specific to <br />the activity. <br />EXAMPLE PROJECT PLAN <br />The following Project Plan for the Kick -off Phase is provided as a sample.
