All coordination with CITY <br />departments regarding the Project will be through the CITY Representative, or designee, unless <br />otherwise agreed upon by the CITY and the AUTHORITY. The CITY will make available a dedicated <br />inspector with the technical expertise necessary to quickly respond and address concerns related to <br />the day-to-day field construction oversight. <br />3.3 SCHEDULE <br />The CITY shall support the AUTHORITY in its efforts to meet Project milestones in order to <br />achieve timely implementation of the Project. The AUTHORITY agrees to provide weekly updates of <br />the two week look ahead schedule to accurately reflect upcoming construction activities. The CITY <br />also agrees to cooperate and assist the AUTHORITY to mitigate adverse schedule conditions that <br />jeopardize on-time Project completion. <br />3.4 REPORTING <br />The AUTHORITY will produce a monthly progress report providing an update on Project status, <br />budget, schedule and other information agreed upon by the Parties. The AUTHORITY shall provide <br />the CITY access to the monthly progress report electronically. The AUTHORITY agrees to provide <br />the CITY progress and status updates related to the Project in a timely manner. <br />The CITY and AUTHORITY shall have joint access to the document management software <br />used to track and monitor the Project. <br />3.5 RECORDS MANAGEMENT <br />The Parties shall maintain all Project records for a minimum of four (4) years or as required <br />meeting the intent of Article 8 of this Agreement unless required otherwise to meet federal regulations. <br />4.0 CONSTRUCTION <br />The AUTHORITY is responsible for the advertisement, award and administration of Project <br />construction and to carry out such efforts with AUTHORITY's staff, consultants and contractors all in <br />accordance with the Plans and Specifications.
