These funds are for the project <br />approval and environmental document phase of the Lincoln Pedestrian Pathway <br />Connectivity. <br />The CTC item is enclosed for your reference. This project is subject to ATP <br />Guidelines, and can be . found at the following web address: <br />http://www.catc.ca.gov/programs/ATP.htm.
