Included are members of its advisory boards, members of <br />its staff and consultants, who have any family relationship by marriage or <br />blood to an officer, director, or stockholder of the corporation or, 'to any <br />partner of the partnership. In preparing the latter listing, CONTRACTOR shall <br />also indicate the names of the officers, directors, stockholders, or <br />partner(s), as appropriate, and the Family relationship which exists between <br />such person(s) and CONTRACTOR's representatives listed. <br />7.3.5 True and correct copies of all agreements with respect to <br />any such real property shall be appended to the documentation described above <br />and made a part thereof. If, during the term of this Agreement, there is a <br />change in the agreement(s) with respect to real property where persons receive <br />services, CONTRACTOR shall promptly notify ADMINISTRATOR, in writing, <br />describing such changes. <br />8.
