<br />admission of clients, provision of services or benefits, assignment of
<br />accommodations, treatment, evaluation, employment of personnel or in any other
<br />respect on the basis of race, religious creed, color, national origin,
<br />ancestry, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, genetic
<br />information, marital status, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression,
<br />age, sexual orientation, military and veteran status or any other protected
<br />group in accordance with the requirements of all applicable Federal or State

<br />8.2 CONTRACTOR shall develop an Affirmative Action Program Plan which
<br />meets the lawful and applicable requirements of the U,S. Department of Health
<br />and Human Services.
<br />8.3 CONTRACTOR shall furnish any and all Information requested by
<br />ADMINISTRATOR and shall permit ADMINISTRATOR access, during business hours, to
<br />books, records and accounts in order to ascertain CONTRACTOR's compliance with
<br />Paragraph 8 et seq.
<br />8,4. CONTRACTOR shall comply with Executive Order 11246, entitled
<br />"Equal Employment Opportunity," as amended by Executive order 11375 and as
<br />supplemented in Department of Labor regulations (Title 4.1 CFR Part 60).
<br />8.5 Nor-Discrimination in Employment:
<br />8.5.1 All solicitations or advertisements for employees placed
<br />by or on behalf of CONTRACTOR shall state that all qualified applicants will
<br />receive consideration for, employment without regard to race, religious creed,
<br />color, national origin, ancestry, physical disability, mental disability,
<br />medical condition, genetic information, marital status, sex, gender, gender
<br />identity, gender expression, age, sexual orientation, military and veteran
<br />status or any other protected group in accordance with the requirements of all
<br />applicable Federal or State laws, Notices describing the provisions of the
