Vocational <br />Assessments are conducted through another COUNTY contracted service provider, <br />3,11 Welfare -To -Work (WTW): A mandated program under the CalWORKs Act <br />which requires non - exempt parents or caretakers in families receiving Ca1WORKs <br />assistance to meet work requirements by participating in WTW activities, with <br />a goal of unsubsidized employment leading to self - sufficiency. <br />3.12 WTW Activities: Allowable activities to which the Participant may <br />be assigned as specified in the WIC and CaIWORKs WTW regulations and COUNTY <br />policies and procedures. <br />3.13 WTW Staff: ADMINISTRATOR's staff and other contracted staff with <br />the authority to refer Participants for services. <br />4.
