CONTRACTOR shall arrange for VTR activities 'Lo take <br />place at vocational - technical schools, postsecondary institutions, or <br />proprietary schools. CONTRACTOR shall make VTR activities available to <br />Participants in areas identified as growth oriented, current or emerging <br />occupations, meeting an unmet community need, and in high demand for new <br />employees including, but not be limited to, the 'Following -fields; <br />4.2,1 Certified Nurse's Assistant; <br />4.2.2 Office Technology; <br />4.2.3 Child Care provider; <br />4.2.4 Medical Tiers Collections; <br />4.2.5 Health Care careers; <br />4,2.6 Hospitality; <br />4.2.7 Protective Services; and <br />4.2.8 Transportation, <br />4.3 CONTRACTOR shall provide WEX, not to exceed twelve (12) weeks -in <br />length, unless approved in advance by ADMINISTRATOR for a different period. <br />The WEX work site may include public or private, for - profit or nonprofit <br />organizations. WEX is an activity designed to provide the participant <br />exposure to work environments. Under close supervision, WEX activities <br />provide basic job skills and enhance existing job skills and work experience <br />while meeting an identified community need. <br />4.4 CONTRACTOR shall be reimbursed by COUNTY for one hundred percent <br />(100 %) of the salary and benefits paid 'to each WEX participant.
