CONTRACTOR shall conduct subsequent training(s) and <br />refresher training yearly. COUNTY will provide some information to CONTRACTOR <br />on the requirements in Subparagraph 16.1,1, but it will be CONTRACTOR's sole <br />responsibility to ensure that CONTRACTOR's staff understand and correctly <br />implement the requirements when providing WTW services. <br />16.1.4 CONTRACTOR shall be required to attend training(s) and /or <br />meetings, as determined by COUNTY, and provide CONTRACTOR staff with ongoing <br />training and assistance to ensure that contract deliverables are met. <br />16.1.5 CONTRACTOR shall ensure that CONTRACTOR's staff receives <br />training in understanding the cultural differences among groups of <br />Participants, and recognizes and effectively intervenes to overcome any <br />language and /or cultural barriers to employment. <br />16.1,6 CONTRACTOR shall maintain a log of in- house training <br />activities and Participants. This log shall be made available to COUNTY upon <br />request. <br />16.2 Staff Duties and Qualifications: <br />CONTRACTOR shall provide the following described staff positions: <br />16.2.1 Workforce Specialist 11 (SA WD8 CM) <br />Duties: <br />16,2,1,1 Manages a caseload, advises Participants of <br />career and training opportunities, develops Participants' employment plan, and <br />is responsible for Participant outcomes. <br />program enrollments <br />Participants. <br />(WRR0216) <br />16,2.1,2 Oversees Participant job search activities and <br />Identifies and develops job opportunities appropriate to <br />Page 19 of 26 <br />25A -64 <br />(April 4, 2017) <br />
