<br />11, DOCUMENTATION
<br />All work performed tc recondition.: repair and/or rewind motors shall be supplemented with reports. that
<br />verify all processes to aceompllsh each job order. Documentation' shall Include, but is not limited to, the
<br />following:
<br />a. Fire -Disassembly Testing report for all activities as described.
<br />b F'h.oto documentation of existing condition prior to fulfilling each described criteria of the disassembly
<br />test,
<br />o. Motor Disassembly report, including photo documentation before and after cleeaning.
