The City reserves the right to reject, replace and approve any and all <br />subcontractors. All subcontractor(s) shall be identified in the response to the <br />RFP and the City reserves the right to reject any subcontractor(s). <br />Subcontractors shall be the responsibility of the prime contractor and the City <br />shall assume no liability of such subcontractors. <br />VIII. COORDINATION <br />IX. <br />Coordination by the awarded proposer with the City, other contractors, and agencies <br />will be required to achieve satisfactory and timely delivery of the required services. <br />Coordination may include, but not be limited to, coordination with neighborhood and <br />civic groups, local and /or state agency boards, and attendance at City Commission, <br />Agency, and Council meetings. <br />The City will decide the manner in which the coordination efforts with be conducted. <br />At the City's option, coordination efforts may be performed by the proposer's direct <br />contact, by the proposer acting through the City or by the City only. When <br />coordination efforts require agreements, such agreements shall be coordinated <br />through the City. <br />The selected proposer will assume responsibilities for all services in its proposal. The <br />selected proposer shall identify a sole point of contact with the greatest knowledge in <br />regard to the required service operations and contractual matters, including payment <br />of any and all charges resulting from the Agreement. <br />X. LICENSE REQUIREMENTS <br />In accordance with Section 3300 of the California Public Contract Code, the City has <br />determined that the proposer shall possess a license in the classification specified in <br />the Notice Inviting Proposals, <br />XI. PROPOSER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS <br />A. Proposer shall be in the business of providing Security Guard Services for <br />a large municipality or a government agency for at least five (5) years. <br />B. Proposer shall not have failed to complete a municipal contract within the <br />last 3 years. <br />C.
