The timing of the billing will be based on the actual completion date of <br />each milestone. <br />2. Changes and Contingency <br />360 will provide the services.and scope identified in this SOW for a fixed price. This <br />includes reasonable changes and revisions to design and project tasks during the course <br />of the project required to achieve project objectives. 360 will be flexible, and the City will <br />be reasonable in expectations. <br />The City recognizes that there may be unknown requirements or work that is clearly <br />outside of the defined scope that may surface during the project. In such a case, the City <br />may authorize additional products or services in a total amount up to $28,096. <br />Proposed billable changes shall be submitted on a Change Request form that identifies <br />the proposed change, justification, impact to the project, and costs. Change Requests <br />must be approved by signature from an authorized 360 representative and the City's <br />Chief Technology innovations Officer or his designee. <br />3.
