City of Santa Ana Website Redesign & Implementation of Drupal CMS <br />transitioning from one site to another. The aim will be to preserve current Search Engine <br />standings, preventing any loss of SEC that the City has achieved. <br />3. Content Migration and Conversion <br />360 will provide strategic and implementation services to prioritize and transfer the site's <br />existing content, with support for culling, editing and reorganizing the content as <br />appropriate for user experience and functionality. When importing documents, the CMS <br />will strip out unnecessary formatting to eliminate the problem of inconsistent formatting on <br />the web pages. 360 will use systems that know what to look for and remove any <br />formatting that will impact the appearance of the City's online content. <br />4. Advanced Site Functionality <br />The 360 will create and implement advanced search functionality, including adaptive and <br />smart searches, intelligent calendaring and subscription capabilities, integrated email list <br />management and email content creation. In addition, 360 will provide open data portals <br />for providing City -based information, and categorizations of the data to use in TBD ad hoc <br />applications that would allow site visitors to use appropriate data in a beneficial manner. <br />H. Costs and Payment <br />360 will provide the services included in this SOW for a fixed price of $140,480, payable upon <br />the Payment Schedule below.
