This will be a combination of 360 <br />and Amazon Web Services (AWS) resources. <br />• Same services as Self -Hosted, plus <br />• Environment Hosting <br />• Hacking, DDOS and generalized attacking avoidance, emergency service and <br />monitoring <br />• 24/7 live person support <br />• Operating System updates and certification of compatibility <br />• Monitoring of all, non -page -based traffic requests (by default, Drupal serves only <br />pages. As such, any requests for traffic not originating from a Drupal page <br />request is considered suspect. 360 works with its partners to identify and monitor <br />such requests) <br />The environment resource capacity will be sized to meet City usage <br />requirements and may be comparable to the Environment Expectations specified <br />herein, subject to adjustment. <br />360 manages and is responsible for the AWS account and paying AWS for services <br />used. <br />360 will provide the City VPN access to the environment. <br />360 will provide root/ system administrator/ local administrator permissions to <br />authorized City Infrastructure staff. <br />B.
