Opt -in eNewsletters and/or e -Notifications -360 will develop this tool to be simple for City staff to <br />administer, creating up to 25 different e -newsletters, allowing subscriber additions and deletions and <br />inclusion of links and images to compliment the content. For the user, the site will make it easy for them <br />to sign up for the newsletters and notification and also to unsubscribe at any time. The site will also <br />provide reporting of opt -outs and invalid email addresses for management purposes. <br />Calendar—Although the calendar section of the site will give the site user a clear and comprehensive <br />look at your events or promotions, it will also offer the site's editors an easy interface for management. <br />For the users, they will be able to print pages of the calendar and view the calendar as monthly, weekly <br />or daily. The City staff will be able to add events as single -time or recurring, add written descriptions <br />and link to events. Editors will also be able to designate events to appear on the homepage and automate <br />an RSS Feed. Calendars will include content sharing workflows, iCal support and bldg support. <br />Newsroom—Finding news will also be easy to find and manage on your new site. 360 will provide your <br />staff with the tools they need to post news to one or more pages of the site and set an expiration date for <br />the news article to move from the site's newsroom into the site's news archive. You will also have the <br />ability to set a date in the future for the article to be live to the public. The staff will be able to determine <br />the order that the news articles appear on the site's newsroom. <br />Survey 'Tool—This tool will enable Santa Ana to seek and collect information from your audiences, In <br />addition to providing flexibility to develop questions that require multiple choice, multiple select, <br />ranking and written response options, you will also have real-time and archived reporting, <br />Web Forms—Providing easy access to forms is a key part of malting the website relevant to its users. <br />360 will create a basic form center for administrators to quickly add and organize commonly required <br />forms. <br />Online Paymeut Processing—We have developed many ecommerce solutions. Your website will <br />support online payment processing in a secure, stable environment. <br />Directories—Contact information will be easily accessed by users and updated by your staff, as <br />necessary. This ensures that the most current and accurate contact information is always available. <br />Site Map—The site map will automatically be updated as your staff edits the website, ensuring that it <br />always displaying the correct and current layout of the site's pages. <br />Search—The Search feature of the site will make it easy for users to enter keywords or dates and search <br />the entire website for specific news, information, documents, forms or events.
