6. Effectiveness in serving employers <br />Participants placed with employers for WEX will be prescreened based on <br />employers' standards and expectations. All participants will also have participated in <br />work readiness workshops prior to WEX placement. Follow up with employers will <br />take place regularly in order to assist the employer with any additional training or <br />skills needed for the participant to be successful during the program. <br />16, Prior Outcomes <br />A.
