Information not disclosed in the employment application discovered subsequent to the hiring or promotion of any applicant shall be cause for termination of that employee from the performance of services under this Agreement. 27.3 Where authorized by law, CONTRACTOR shall conduct, at no cost to COUNTY, a clearance on the following public websites the names and dates of birth for all employees and/or volunteers who will have direct, interactive contact with clients served through this Agreement: U.S. Department of Justice National Sex Offender Website (www.nsopw.gov) and Megan's Law Sex Offender Registry (www.meganslaw.ca.gov). 27.4 Where authorized by law, CONTRACTOR shall conduct, at no cost to COUNTY, a criminal record background check on all employees (direct service and administrative) funded through this Agreement and also all non -funded staff (e.g., volunteers, in-kind staff, etc.) who will have direct, interactive contact with clients served through this Agreement.
