1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />16.2.1.3 Markets services to employers and to <br />Participants, conducts employment/job sector workshops, gives presentations <br />and prepares informational materials, and maintains contacts within the <br />business community to provide employers with qualified candidates. <br />16.2.1.4 Monitors employment rate/employee retention rate <br />and customer satisfaction rate and develops plans for improvement. <br />16.2.1.5 Monitors eligibility and program files to ensure <br />compliance with Federal and State regulations, including WTW regulations; <br />performs site visits, and maintains detailed records and writes reports. <br />16.2.1.6 Collects and compiles data to generate detailed <br />technical reports, writes articles, and prepares publications regarding the <br />WDB to the public. <br />16.2.1.7 Organizes and implements WDB sponsored events, <br />participates as a team player, and applies principles of quality of service in <br />all activities. <br />Qualifications: <br />16.2.1.8 A minimum one (1) year of progressively <br />responsible workforce development program experience, or any combination of <br />college level coursework in psychology, sociology, counseling, human services, <br />business administration, accounting, public administration, workforce <br />development program experience equivalent to (1) year which provides the <br />desirable knowledge, skills, and abilities. <br />16.2.1.9 Knowledge of Federal and State regulations <br />pertaining to workforce development programs, interviewing techniques and <br />methods of determining program eligibility; employment market; agencies <br />providing resources; methods of case management, data collections, and <br />monitoring. <br />(WRR0216) <br />16.2.1.10 Ability to understand, interpret, and implement <br />Page 20 of 26 <br />(April 4, 2017) <br />
