Agreement with Tetra Tech Inc., for Well #32 Rehabilitation - <br />Engineering Design Services <br />June 20, 2017 <br />Page 2 <br />Following is the list of the firms and their respective proposal scores: <br />FIRM SCORE <br />Tetra Tech, Inc. 91.8 <br />Phillip West & Associates 85.8 <br />Based on the ratings, staff recommends that Tetra Tech, Inc., be retained to provide engineering <br />design services for Well No. 32 to restore it to service. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal #6 - Community Facilities & <br />Infrastructure, Objective #1 (establish and maintain a Community Investment Plan for all City <br />assets), Strategy C (invest resources and technology to extend the service life of existing <br />infrastructure to protect the City's investment and support a high quality of life standard). <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds in the amount of $377,700 are budgeted and available for expenditure in the Water Utility <br />Capital Projects Fund (Account No. 06617647-66301, Project No. 13-6433).
