Consultant Agreements for Spill Response and Storm Drain Facility Cleaning <br />June 20, 2017 <br />Page 2 <br />services will be used on an as -needed basis. Each agreement will be in the amount not to exceed <br />$250,000 per year (Exhibits 1 and 2). <br />The primary functions of these two agreements will be for spill response and storm drain facility cleaning. <br />However, additional services will also be provided under these two agreements for crime scene cleanup <br />and the removal of hazardous waste from the public right-of-way. The Police Department will be allocated <br />up to $25,000 of the Ocean Blue Environmental agreement for crime scene cleanup. These funds will <br />come from account No. 01114420-62300. Public Works Refuse Collection Services will be allocated up to <br />$30,000 of the United Storm Water agreement for the removal of hazardous waste from the public right-of- <br />way.
