Contract Award for Reprographic Paper & Envelopes <br />June 20, 2017 <br />Page 2 <br />The bid from Veritiv Operating Company is responsive to the specifications and meets the City's <br />requirements. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this item supports efforts to meet Goal #7 — Team Santa Ana, Objective 5, (create a <br />culture of innovation and efficiency within the organization) Strategy E (Identify best practices and <br />opportunities for process improvement and automation across City departments in order to provide <br />effective and efficient delivery of City services to the community). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds in the amount of $80,000 are available in FY 2017-18 as follows: <br />• $50,000 Finance & Management Central Services account (07110100-63001) <br />• $30,000 Police Property & Facilities account (01114450-63001) <br />Subsequent funding for three one-year renewal periods in the amount of $80,000 will be budgeted <br />and made available in FY 2018-19, 2019-20 and 2020-21 as follows: <br />• $50,000 Finance & Management Central Services account (07110100-63001) <br />e $30,000 Police Property & Facilities account (01114450-63001) <br />Acting Chief of Police <br />Police Department <br />Me <br />APPROVED AS TO FUNDS AND ACCOUNTS: <br />Francisco Gutierrez pp �"- <br />Executive Director <br />Finance and Mgmt.
